Pranadaha Organic Customer Return & Refund Guidelines
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
